Ordering and Payment
We have attempted to make our online ordering service as user friendly as possible.
To make a purchase just browse our product list and click on the products you would
like to order and they will be added to your shopping basket.
The order quantity is set at 1, so if you want to make a multiple
purchase all you need to do is overtype the quantity, then click select. We have
incorporated a checking device on the front page so that you can keep tabs on the
value of your order as well as the packing and postal charges relating to the weight
of the products selected. Once you have finalised your selection click on “view
order” and you will be able to review your order and amend it if required. Once
you are happy with your selection click on “place order” and you will then be asked
to provide details of the delivery address that you require your order to be sent

are sent via Royal Mail and will despatched within 1 working day of the order being
placed and payment confirmed. Under normal circumstances you can expect your order
to arrive within 2/3 working days depending on the level of service provided by
Royal Mail in your area where you live.
Packing and postage costs will be applied to all orders and the current rates shown
will prevail when ordering. We reserve the right to amend these rates in line with
any subsequent increases in postal rates or packaging material costs.
Out of Stock Products
We aim to ensure that all the sweets on offer are in stock, and will temporarily
suspend any products that are not available to prevent orders being placed. In the
unlikely event of an order being accepted for an item that cannot be supplied we
will contact you to discuss the options available. This could include holding the
order until the product is available, cancelling the item and refunding the cost
or agreeing a suitable substitute for the unavailable item. Should the substitute
item be of a higher value than the item ordered you will only be charged at the
price of the original item.
Due to the vast range of products and the nature of their manufacture and the number
of suppliers we use, we cannot guarantee that they are free from traces of nuts,
free of gelatine, free of whey powder, cocoa powder, and artificial colourings and
flavours. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. If you do require
any specific information about a certain product then please contact us and we will
do our best to answer and queries that you may have.
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchases, but if you are
not, then please return the products within 7 days of receipt, to:

We endeavour to ensure that all products are in good condition and are packed to
withstand the journey from of premises to you. We cannot accept responsibility for
the deterioration due to extreme climatic conditions experienced once the product
has left our premises.
Any information obtained during the order process will be retained for reference
purposes and will not be passed on to any other organisation without your approval.
Sweets & Treats operates within the guidelines set out by the UK Data Protection
Act (1998). Credit Card details will not be kept after the completion after each
